WARRANTY POLICY:
All items come with their MANUFACTURER'S warranty. This warranty is the primary warranty to be used within its respected period. If an item is deemed to be faulty during it's factory warranty period, then the manufacturer will be the one who fixes/replaces your item.
Our 5 year warranty covers most faulty mechanical parts. A mechanical part is deemed to be a part that moves. The 5 year warranty does NOT cover replacement parts like drum clamps, ION pads, cymbal clamps, rubber feet, tube clamps, etc.
If something COVERED is deemed to be faulty, then you must contact us and get a return authorization. You must ship that product to us within 30 days of receiving your return authorization. Once we have the product, we will test it to make sure it is faulty. If the product is faulty, then we will either fix it or replace the whole item. Unfortunately, we have had cases where people thought something was faulty, but it was just a case of bad installation or wrong compatibility. In this case, you can refer to our RETURN POLICY below.
Some items do NOT have mechanical parts. In these cases, we have hand selected which items will be covered. (LIST BELOW)
If the item is part of a closeout, open box, one only, special 1 time sale, blowout etc - then the item will not have the exclusive 5 year warranty.
Coverage list for some specific items:
ION DRUM ROCKER: We will cover the brain, wiring and tube frame.
XCELL PADS: We will cover the MATERIAL, not the adhesive.
ALL PEDALS: We will cover the footboards, springs and electrical components.
Some items on the site do not qualify for the 5 year warranty (Mainly replacement parts). These are marked on the item's description.
RETURN POLICY:
We will return any UNOPENED item for a 15% restocking charge. Buyer is responsible for shipping the item back. Buyer must get a return authorization from RockBandParts.com before shipping the item back.
If the item is opened, but NOT USED, then RockBandParts.com MAY allow you to also return the item. This is subject to a 30% re-stocking fee. Again, you must get a return authorization before returning the item, and the buyer is responsible for shipments.
ANY item that has been used can NOT be returned. Under certain circumstances, we may offer an exchange for the same item. This is only if we have deemed your item to be covered under warranty, and is NOT able to be fixed. The buyer must get a return authorization, and is responsible for shipments.
All returns must be finalized within 30 days of purchase.
