RockBandParts.com will match any U.S. or Canadian authorized competitors pricing, including shipping on identical products. Products must be the exact same model, including options and model number.

Price must be a current offer, and must be verifiable with a link. The web page cannot be a saved file, and must still be current on the other website. We will not match one-of-a-kinds, closeouts, sales, scratch and dents, blowouts, grand opening, anniversary, clearance or liquidation sales, etc. We also do not match any auction sites like EBAY. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from an authorized U.S. or Canadian reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify.

FAQ:

Do you match international pricing?
International pricing is tricky, and must be looked at on a case-by-case basis. This is because of the different taxes, duties, fee's, etc. Some countries have much higher taxes than other countries. Some countries also cost a lot more to ship to than others as well. Please contact us with what you see, and we will do our best to offer you the best deal.

What if I bought something, and now it is cheaper?
If you buy something from RockBandParts.com, and it becomes cheaper within 14 days of purchase, then we will refund the difference.

Are purchases limited on price matched items?
We limit the amount of items you can buy at a time on our matched price guarantee to 2 items. So if you find something at a better price, and have us match the price, then you will be able to buy a maximum of 2 items at that price.

Do you still have your 5 year warranty?
In most cases, the 5 year warranty will not be included. But we still want to make sure that you get the BEST deal possible when buying from us. We will always atleast offer the manufacturer's warranty, but may also offer something like a double or triple warranty. This insures that you get the best deal possible when shopping from us.

Do you price match re-furbished or demo models?
In some cases, yes. This will have to be something that we will have to look at on a case by case basis. If the manufacturer is having a special sale on an item, then we can usually offer the same deal.
