The Road Pro kit comes standard with all the extras, designed to utilize the Roland TD-20 drum module’s capabilities and it comes in around $1000.00 less. This classic 6 piece kit is the top of the line in every aspect. This kit is in a class of it’s own with 2 10″, 2 12″ ConcertCast Black EZ Tune Mesh Pads and a 14″ Black Piccolo Mesh Snare. It features the VisuLite line of cymbals which are available in 12 colors, and has super accurate triggering and a feel that is as close to acoustic as electronic cymbals have yet come. The VisuLite hi hat system mounts on the included double braced acoustic hi hat stand to give our traditional acoustic drummers the feel and function that they are accustomed to. Truly top of the line all the way down to the American made C.B.I. cables, which are 24 Gauge Black Instrument Wire with Nickel 1/4″ Connectors”, hand Soldered by CBI with Neutrik brand connectors. This kit also comes with SilenTrim on all 6 pieces for quiet rim playing; especially useful when assigning sounds to the rims.

At this time we Recommend the Roland TD-12 or TD-20 for this kit to fully utilize all of it’s features.

*** We have recently discovered that this controller will not work on the Yamaha DTXpress IV module as is. It requires a modification by us here at the factory to function and then it is still tricky to configure. If you have that module you need to contact us directly for your order so that we can make the appropriate modification. However, be aware that Yamaha changed something between the Express III and Express IV that caused this to be incompatible. Not being sure what that is we haven’t been able to make the controller work as well as it does on the other Yamaha modules.
