Solid metal construction, rubber pad that feels like a real bass drum, three carpet spikes to stop sliding, and double bass capability. A drum pedal is required for use with the Pad Only version.

This was MY personal item for a LONG time.  I stashed it away in a box, and forgot about it.  Just found it, and tested it out.  Works great, and it very quiet compared to some other brands.
