How long does it take my order to ship?

Your order will ship within 48 hours from you completing the order.  Weekends and holidays excluded.  Sometimes, PayPal will hold your order for verification if it is more than the ‘normal’ amount you spend.  In that case, they will notify you and us about the hold, and then normally approve it within 24 hours.

How long does the item take to get to me from the time you ship it?

7-10 business days is the safest bet we can give.  Please keep in mind that once it leaves our warehouse, we are relying on the shipping company to then keep up on their end of the bargain.  Thankfully, they are good at this, most of the time.  But please also understand that bad weather, natural disasters and other things can happen.  We will try out best to notify you about these when they happen.  But of course, if you have any questions about your order, you can simply contact us.

Do you only ship to US customers? Do you ship internationally?

Our website is only designed to calculate shipping for customers INSIDE the US.  We WILL ship internationally, but you must email us for a free quote.  The reason for this, is because shipping an item to Canada is much cheaper than shipping an item to Finland, or even Mexico.  We want to be able to provide you with the best possible price… And the only way we can do that, is by working out quotes for you.  If you email us for a quote, then please include exactly what it is you want, and where you live.  Links to the products you want help a LOT.

Will I receive tracking on my order?

Our new website design, and our collaborative efforts with our distributors and manufacturers has allowed us to now give you tracking on your orders the minute that we receive them.  Once your order has been shipped, we will add the tracking to your order, and you will receive an email notifying you.  Please give us 2 business days to update your order.  Weekends and holidays will slow down this process as well.

How does your shipping prices work?

A lot of the items on our website ship directly from our distributors.  We have MANY distributors that ship for us, so that means that if you buy multiple items, there is a good chance that it will involve more than one distributor shipping your items.  This does not allow us to combine the shipping, because they would be shipping from multiple places.  We have done our best to configure the website to combine shipping when it is available.  If you believe that there is an error on your order in regards to shipping, then please email us, and we will take a look at it for you.

How does your price guarantee work?

Our price match is simple: We will meet or beat anyone’s advertised price, as long as it is not a ‘one of a kind’ , ‘special sale’ , ‘out of the box’ , etc.  You need to simply email us with what it is you are looking at, and a link to the website, and we will take it from there.

Will you sponsor me or my team?

RockBandParts.com has closed sponsorship requests. We are not looking to sponsor any teams or individuals at this time. We will notify everyone via youtube when/if we re-open applications.
